General Rental Information

We are now taking reservations from all renters (25yrs +) for all 2017 dates!

Before calling RSVP Rentals, view the homes listed, choose several appropriate* homes, then call to check on availability and book! OR BOOK ON LINE! You are welcome to make an appointment to see us in Union Pier and we will show you the homes before you commit to them but we will not put a ‘hold’ on a home for more than 24 hours. The demand for summer homes is large, and the supply is very small, so viewing the web site, then calling us is the fastest way to contact us to try and secure your reservation. OR BOOK ON LINE! By the time you email us and we are able to respond, available weeks in homes have come and gone.

Instructions

Once a Vacation Home has been reserved, the following actions should occur:

We will email you a Confirmation Letter , POM Protection Plan and our Vacation Rental Agreement, (and any additional documents depending on the house rented) which you will print, fill in your payment options, sign ALL Documents and either fax to us at: 269-469-5525, scan and email ( audrey@rsvp-rentals.com ) or snail mail back within 3 days. The signator on the Confirmation Letter must be the same name that appears on the credit card on file. Without a signed Confirmation Letter your reservation will automatically be cancelled within 7 days!

Your first payment of 1/2 the rent plus the POM Protection Plan fee is due in our office within 7 days of your reservation if you are paying by check. This date is also posted on your Confirmation Letter. If you are paying by credit card we will process your payment immediately after we have emailed your Confirmation Letter, POM and Vacation Rental Agreement (and any other required documents). We will also email you a Payment Receipt whenever we receive or charge a payment.

Your second payment is the balance of the rent plus the cleaning fee and any additional charges, and is due in our office 3 weeks before your arrival. This date is also posted on your Confirmation Letter. We will automatically process your credit card payment at this time, (if you are not paying by check), and email you a payment confirmation letter.

Our 3 Basic Policies

1.) There is a week minimum rental during the summer. You may rent multiple weeks if available. All other times there is a 2 night minimum EXCEPT over Holidays which requires a 3 night minimum. If you call less than a week before your desired arrival time and we have availability we will consider less than a full week with the owners permission.

2.) Before calling or emailing us please take a look at the appropriate sized home for your group – we do not allow more than the listed amount of persons per home – either to stay overnight or visit. We do not include infants in cribs in the total count of maximum allowed.

3.) Most of our homes are no pets (in or on the property) and all are no smoking inside the home. If you smoke outdoors or on the porches please dispose of your butts and ashes in a safe and courteous manner. Throwing cigarette butts in the yard is unacceptable and will cause a charge to be deducted from your credit card.
